Direct descendents of the Sir Henry Pellatt's family:

John Pellatt, the great grandson of Fred Pellatt, one of Sir Henry's brothers, lives in  the Toronto area. He is a successful comedy writer and broadcaster.

Mary Pellatt, daughter of Mill Pellatt, niece of Sir Henry,  who lived in British  Columbia. Mary Pellatt died in 2005.

Trelawny Howell, great-grandniece of Sir Henry Pellatt.

My great grandmother was the sister of Mary Dodgson, wife of Sir Henry Pellatt.  Lady Mary Pellatt was the Commissioner of the Girl Guides as well as being a philanthropist in many other areas with Sir Henry Pellatt.

My grandmother was Mary Dodgson Smith named after her aunt Mary (Pellatt). My motherís maiden name was Penrose (Peggy) Smith. Sir Henry Pellatt at age 70 gave away his great niece, my mother, at age 18, to her first husband Darcy Chadwick.

My grandfather had died from pneumonia just before my motherís marriage.  Mother called Sir Henry Uncle Harry and he affectionately called her Girlie!

My great grand-father, Hector Mansfield Howell was the Chief justice of Manitoba.  My fatherís motherís father, Banning Richardson, was the Arch Deacon of London.  Between the families they had the head of law, head of religion and the king of the castle.

I have inherited their passion and spirit to fight for justice.
